Waste clothing, cotton yarn, cotton fabric, and cotton bedding are all potential raw materials for recycled cotton. After their lifespan ends, these items are recycled and enter the recycled cotton production process.

Recycling and Sorting: First, recycling stations or related organizations collect waste textiles and cotton fiber products. These items undergo preliminary sorting to separate cotton materials from other materials.

Cleaning and Shredding: Next, the cotton materials undergo a professional cleaning process to remove stains, oil, and other impurities. After cleaning, these materials are shredded into smaller pieces for subsequent processing.

Reprocessing: The shredded cotton materials enter the reprocessing stage. Through specific processes and technologies, these small pieces of material are spun back into cotton yarn or made into cotton wadding, thus completing the recycled cotton production process.
