Elastic band yarn, also known as elastic fiber, elastic band thread, or bundled yarn, is made by using Grade A imported elastic band yarn as the inner core, wrapped with a high-quality double-strand fiber filament (i.e., polyester or nylon filament, also known as terylene or polyester yarn). Its tensile strength, shrinkage, and twist can be adjusted according to different customer needs. Elastic band yarn produced using Grade A and high-quality raw materials is of stable quality, durable, and has good anti-aging properties.

The main customer groups and applications of elastic band thread include: Textile tape manufacturers, who use elastic yarn as the binding thread to create elastic fabric products such as elastic bands and elastic cords; textile fabric manufacturers, who use elastic yarn to make elastic fabric (also known as elastic cloth or jacquard circular knitted fabric); sock manufacturers, who use elastic yarn in the sock cuff to enhance elasticity and manufacture elastic socks; sporting goods manufacturers, who use elastic yarn to make wristbands, leg warmers, hairnets, finger cots, knee pad linings, and ankle support fabrics; apparel manufacturers, who use it to make decorative trims and elastic lace; and consumer goods manufacturers, such as work gloves and masks, which require elastic materials.

As a multifunctional material, elastic band thread is widely used in the above-mentioned fields due to its excellent elasticity and durability. Whether making tapes, weaving fabrics, or producing socks, sporting goods, or consumer goods, elastic band thread provides excellent support and performance. Its stable quality and durability make it the first choice for many manufacturers.
